Frequently Asked Questions 

  • Who can join your group trips?
    Our group trips are open to anyone 18 or older. Both males and females are welcomed however due to accommodations types (Airbnb)males may not be allowed. Each trip advertised will be specified.
  • What type of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash, bank transfer (local clients), & PayPal.
  • How does your payment plan work?
    You are free to pay all at once, by the scheduled monthly payment plans or we can establish a plan that best suits you.
  • What if I miss a payment?
    If you are unable to make your payment, please communicate with us at your earliest convenience. We will devise a plan to assist with catching up in this regard. Any payment after the scheduled date will be considered LATE, therefore a late fee of $20 will be incurred. Should you miss two (2) consecutive payments without reason or communication you will automatically be cancelled. Refer to cancellation policy thereafter.
  • How do I transfer my balance to a new trip?
    No worries love, we’ve got you covered. After receiving your cancellation notice, your balance will be held until we are notified of your new destination choice .
  • Who's responsible for visa and health requirements?
    It is your responsibility as the traveler to obtain any visa (unless it’s included), health information and/or vaccinations required for entry and must absorb all costs regarding same. Should you be denied entry due to the lack of the aforementioned, PLEASE note your experience is NON-REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE. We ask that all travelers adhere to the guidelines, law and regulations of each country.
  • Is travel insurance mandatory and do you sell travel insurance?
    Travel insurance is indeed mandatory and should be purchased prior to your departure. Pretty passports luxperiences DO NOT sell travel insurance however, we strongly recommend purchasing from an online company or from a local agent as both can assist you with the best coverage for you.
  • How do we know what is included and excluded in an experience?
    You can find all inclusions/exclusions on each flyer and on our website.
  • Are the prices per person or person?
    Prices are per person but with shared accommodation. However, we also offer single occupancy packages.
  • What if I miss scheduled activities to explore on my own?
    All itineraries have built-in free time. You are free to miss scheduled activities, but no compensation will be awarded.
  • What if my experience is canceled by Pretty Passports LuxPeriences?
    PPL won't cancel your experience for any except for reasons of ‘force majeure’ which is any unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. In this case the client will have the choice of the following: Accept a substitute experience of equivalent value Accept a substitute experience of lesser value if no tour of equivalent value is available Accept a full refund of all monies paid for the cancelled experience We will not be responsible for any incidental expenses that the client may have incurred as a result of the cancellation. For example, airfare, visas. Vaccinations etc. If after departure, for any reason we are forced to cancel, an attempt to continue will be considered. If this is impossible or should the client decline alternatives, PPL will provide a refund for bookings where retrievable.
